Valley Springs Development Corporation is a non-profit corporation dedicated to bringing new businesses to Valley Springs, assisting existing business, creating jobs, and making Valley Springs a better place to live.  We offer the following assistance for qualified economic development projects:

Site Selection Assistance:  An inventory of available buildings and sites for commercial, industrial and residential purposes.  Our development team is also ready to provide customized information as it applies to your project. 

Planning and Coordination:  We can help prospective companies save time in the process of zoning, obtaining permits and coordinate these activities with applicable city, state and federal agencies.  There is now a special tax classification for new industrial and commercial structures.
