There are three garbage pick-up services in Valley Springs.

Water/Sewer Service

 

·        A deposit of $70 is required for new customers, which is refundable if your account is not delinquent.

·        Bills are mailed out monthly.  Payment is due by the 20th of the following month.  Payments can be made by either placing your payment in the utility drop box, which is located on the front of the City Hall building or the payment can be mailed to:  City of Valley Springs, PO Box 118, Valley Springs, SD 57068 or by using the online portal.  Click here to view the new portal and make a payment. The Valley Springs Siouxland Library is located in the City Hall building.
